    Aged 3 Years
    Aroma Warm, earthy smoke with hints of charred wood, dark cocoa, and roasted malt.
    Palette Smoky embers lead into rich mocha and bitter chocolate, balanced by a savoury depth from the manuka-smoked grain.
    Finish Long and warming, with lingering notes of smouldering wood and dark spice.
    Colour Deep bronze with a smoky hue.

    Northburn Coupe

    Ingredients:

    • 45ml Scapegrace Single Malt Whisky
    • 20ml Fresh lemon juice
    • 5 Fresh mint leaves
    • 20ml egg white
    • 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1)

    Method:

    Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake hard. Fine strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with mint and grated dark chocolate.
