    Shipping Costs & Timeframes

    • Standard Shipping: $10 for all orders under $100
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100*
    • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Delivery generally takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

    Order Tracking

    All orders are shipped via tracked courier for peace of mind.

    Shipping Terms & Conditions

    • Shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout.
    • You must be over 18 to receive alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that both the purchaser and the recipient are over 18 years of age.
    • We may rely on any person over 18 at the delivery address to accept the order as being authorised to do so.
    • If incorrect or out-of-date delivery details are provided, Scapegrace Australia is not liable for failed delivery attempts or delays.
    • We will take reasonable steps to follow any delivery instructions given, but cannot guarantee special delivery requests.

    Once payment has been processed and the order dispatched, the goods become your property. You are responsible for any loss or damage after dispatch.

    We use reputable carriers and do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur, especially during public holidays, high-demand periods, or disruptions such as natural disasters or pandemics. Scapegrace Australia is not liable for late deliveries due to courier delays or other factors beyond our control.

    We may refuse delivery or cancel orders where we suspect the recipient is underage or the delivery location is unsuitable, in which case we’ll attempt to re-deliver or issue a refund.

    Northern Territory Orders

    If your delivery address is in the Northern Territory, you acknowledge that pricing may be adjusted to comply with minimum alcohol pricing laws under the Liquor Amendment (Minimum Pricing) Act 2018 (NT). Final pricing will reflect any required adjustments.
