Refunds & Returns

If you’ve made an error when placing your order, Scapegrace Australia offers a refund on returned items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unopened
  • In its original, saleable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact us at hello@scapegracedistillery.com.au before returning your item to receive return instructions. We are unable to process returns without prior notice.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@scapegracedistillery.com.au with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
